Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

For cancellations received more than 24 hours before the booking, a refund will be issued less a $10 administration fee per booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused booking time.

In exceptional circumstances, The Hamilton and Alexandra College may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests outside of this policy.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
